You should do timely check for the underground wiring of the system, if you are using the electric system. Some times, the wiring gets damage by either seepages or soil erosion underneath, that could hamper the heating capability of the system .Though, there are very least chances of short circuit because the advanced heating systems comes with a electrical circuit that automatically shuts the power supply immediately once it finds any electrical fault. And if you are using the hydro electrical system then you need to do inspection for the pipes and joints. If you find any minor leakage, get it repaired immediately before it can cause the burst of water supply which can damage the house floor.
